Intermediate Championship

We got the championship off to a winning start when we defeated Ardagh Moydow 2-12 to 1-14 on Sunday evening last in the first round. We were well on top in the second half when Paddy Collum was adjudged to have stepped over the line after preventing a point. Ardagh Moydow rallied from this, and the lads did well to hold out in the end. Influential substitute Ryan Crowe made a couple of vital interceptions to help secure victory.
