Sympathy: The club was saddened to learn in recent times of the passing of two former players – Fr. Ned O’Hara and Michael O’Reilly. Father Ned had been living in Lisryan for the past number of years and Michael had been living in England. Michael grew up in Shanmullagh and happened to play in match against a Dromard team featuring both his father Eugene and brother PJ. Solas na bhFlaitheas orthu.

New arrival: There was another new arrival to our parish during the week. Congratulations to player Liam Lynch and Breda Corrigan on the birth of their daughter Suzie.
AGM: The AGM will be held this Saturday, January 13th, in Monaduff at 8.30pm. A pre-AGM meeting will be held this Wednesday, the 10th, at 8.30pm in Monaduff and all members are requested to attend

Longford Seniors: Well done to Paddy Collum, Pauric Gill and the Longford squad on their victory over Kildare in the O’Byrne Cup. We wish them the best of luck in the semi final against Meath this Sunday in Navan.
National Club Draw 2018: Tickets for the National Club Draw are currently available to purchase. If anyone would like to buy a ticket, please contact any member of the senior squad. Tickets cost €10.
