Lotto The lotto draw was held in Gallagher’s Bar, Drumlish on Monday last, June 24th. The Jackpot was now €16,600. Results are currently on the club website and will be published in next week’s notes. Tickets are available from the usual outlets and from any member of the executive. Reserve League 3 We played Legan Sarsfields in the Junior Reserve League last Wednesday evening in Monaduff and we were well beaten on a scoreline of 3-13 to 1-5. ACFL Division 2

We received the points from Seán Connolly’s last Tuesday evening week. We then played Cashel in Páirc Chiaráin on Saturday. Unfortunately we conceded a goal in the eighth minute of injury team and lost out on a score line of 2-13 to 0-17. The team and scorers were as follows:

Clonguish v Dromard

We hosted the senior championship tie between our neighbours Clonguish and Dromard on Sunday last. Well done to Clonguish who emerged with a two point victory. Thank you to all who helped out on the day stewarding, selling lotto tickets, making refreshments and running the shop. A particular word of thanks to Thomas Gill and his CE team who worked very hard during the week to get the pitch and club rooms looking so well.

The Marquee In Drumlish – August 16th to 19th

This year we are celebrating a decade of The Marquee In Drumlish Festival and we have a fantastic line up to ensure another entertaining weekend. On Friday we have Top Shelf, DJ Fergal D’Arcy and our own Brave Giant are back to headline the night. On Saturday night we have Matthew O’Donnell, Robert Mizzell and

Derek Ryan. On Sunday night there is the excellent Qween – Queen Tribute show, The 4 of Us and local lads Cronin are back to entertain us into the early hours. Monday night is the main event – The Declan Nerney Night, which is sure to finish off another terrific festival in style.

The Marquee In Drumlish – Launch Night

We held our Launch Night on Saturday night last in Quinn’s Bar Drumlish. Thank you to Cathal Quinn and staff for facilitating such a great night

Marquee Monster Bingo

We are celebrating 10 years of the Annual Monster Bingo in conjunction with the Marquee in Drumlish. This will take place on Sunday, the 18th of August in the ’98 Memorial Hall Ballinamuck at 3pm. There is prize money of €2,500 plus Monster Raffle on the day. All proceeds from this year’s bingo will be donated to ‘Meals on Wheels Longford’.

Mulleady Group Intermediate Championship

On Sunday last we played Ardagh/Moydow in Killoe in the second round of the championship and came out victorious on a scoreline of 1-15 to 0-12. This win now means we are through to the semi-final with a game to spare. Well done to Jack and the team. The team and scorers were as follows:
