Just tick the box after picking your numbers and never worry about missing a draw again!      ACFL Division 1  We were beaten on an official score-line of 0-11 to 0-10 against Mostrim in the senior league on Saturday evening last. This was particularly disappointing given that there was a couple of clear, vital decisions that went against us in the second half where the umpiring left a lot to be desired. Firstly, there was a Mostrim wide which was given as a point and in the closing stages Martin Cassidy kicked a wonderful point which was well inside the post and to the bemusement of all on both sides, the umpire incredibly waved it wide. As a club all you look for is fair play and we did not get that. Given the amount of time our players and officials dedicate to our games it is simply not good enough. The team and scorers were as follows:  Aiden Gray, Paul McGee, Cian Brady, Stephen Cosgrave, Mark Hughes (0-1), Gary Connell, JP Farley, Emmet Noonan, Sean Whelan, Mark Breslin, Conor Keenan (0-2), Jamie Nertney, Dean Cosgrave, Pauric Gill, Martin Cassidy (0-7, 4f)  Subs used: Kaelum Gill, Liam Lynch, Podge Gill  This concludes the first batch of senior league games until the conclusion of the Tailteann Cup. Our Division 4 team play Dromard in Dromard this Friday, May 27th at 8pm, best of luck to the team and management.    Sympathy  The club extends its sympathy to the family and friends of John Fitzpatrick (Lettergonnell) who passed away last week. ACFL Division 1

We came away from Higginstown with a hard-fought point against Granard. Both teams finished level on 9 points apiece. We lead 0-6 to 0-4 at the break with scores coming from Conor Keenan, two Martin Cassidy frees after fouls on Pauric Gill, a great outside of the boot point from distance by Sean Whelan, Eoin Keane after great work from Emmet Noonan and Mark Hughes and debutant Jamie Nertney slipped over a fine point when put in by Gill who received a great ball down the wing from Mark Breslin. Granard were reduced to 13 with two black cards and we failed to capitalise on this with numerous missed opportunities. Granard pulled it back level mid-way through the second half but we went in front again with points from Pauric Gill and frees by Cassidy after the former was fouled on both occasions. Granard converted a free in injury time to level the game. The team and scorers were as follows:

Aiden Gray, Paul McGee, Cian Brady, Sean McKenna, JP Farley, Gary Connell, Conor Keenan (0-1), Emmet Noonan, Sean Whelan (0-1), Mark Hughes, Pauric Gill (0-1), Mark Breslin, Jamie Nertney (0-1), Podge Gill, Martin Cassidy (0-4, 4f)

Subs used:
