Intermediate Championship
We played Kenagh in the final round of the group stages in the championship, last Sunday in Killashee. Short a number of regulars for various reasons, we led by five points ten minutes into the second before the concession of a gift goal rallied Kenagh, who went on to win 1-13 to 0-13. The team and scorers were as follows: Paddy Collum, Jamie Nertney, Cian Brady, Cian Murphy, Kaelum Gill, JP Farley, Dean Cosgrave (0-1), David Collum, Mark Hughes (0-2), Ryan Crowe, Cian Cassidy (0-7, 4f), Pauric Gill (0-2), Aiden Gray, Kevin Whelan (0-1) Stephen Cosgrave. There is now a four week gap until the semi-final and we wish the team and management all the best in their preparations for it.
