Patsy Reilly Cup Final
On Friday night last we were defeated in the Patsy Reilly Cup final by Kenagh on a score-line of 2-11 to 1-5 in Cashel. We started brightly and led early on, 1-2 to 0-1 after Cian Cassidy scored a well-taken goal after being put through by Conor Keenan. The momentum of the game changed midway through the first half when Kenagh ran through for a goal in a play which resulted in Cian Brady being dismissed and his presence was sorely missed in the backline. Well done to Kenagh on their win and we wish them the best of luck in the Leinster club championship. Team: Paddy Collum, Paul McGee, Cian Brady, Cian Murphy, Kaelum Gill, JP Farley, Dean Cosgrave, Sean Whelan, Mark Breslin, Mark Hughes, Conor Keenan, David Collum, Cian Cassidy (1-4, 3f), Aiden Gray, Ryan Crowe. Subs: Sean McKenna for Cian Murphy (inj), Liam Lynch (0-1, 1m), Kevin Whelan, Orrin Greene, Kevin Whitney. Speedy recovery to Cian Murphy who suffered a very heavy collision in the first half. After the match Fintan and Mick stepped down from their management roles and the club would like to sincerely thank them for all their efforts over the last two years and wish them the best of luck for the future. The season is now over and the club would also like to thank the panel of players, selector Graham Lee, Paul Dowler, Gareth Donnelly, Bridie Reilly, Ryan Francis S&C, Elaine McKeon physio, Lorraine and Von, Mike and anyone else who helped out in any way this year.

Notable achievement
Well done to Aaron Gillooley, son of club and county great Ciaran, who made the Donegal championship team of the week recently for his performance marking Michael Murphy. A proud moment for grandparents Mary and Paddy.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Colin Heaney who died in America recently. Colin was a former underage player with the club. Our sympathies too, to our supporter Kate Anne Devine on the passing of her brother Brian O’Hara. Solas na bhFlaitheas orthu
