Having been defeated by Slashers by 14 points in the first round, the team performed admirably. We were unlucky not to emerge victorious after Pauric Gill was fouled for a penalty and Martin Cassidy converted in the closing stages but the team as a whole gave it everything and the club is very proud of all involved. Thank you once again to Mike and Martin Mulleady for sponsoring lovely jackets for the team and management. This is greatly appreciated by all
