Intermediate Championship
We played Killashee in the championship, last Saturday in Cashel. We won on a scoreline of 0-13 to 0-8. We led 0-7 to 0-3 at half time with Aiden Gray proving an effective target man at full forward and the first half scores came from Conor Keenan (2), Pauric Gill (2), Cian Cassidy, Jamie Nertney and an excellent outside of the boot effort from Mark Hughes. The second half started sluggishly and took us ten minutes to register a score when Ryan Crowe fired over a free for a foul on Pauric Gill. Further scores came from Cian Cassidy (2), Gill, Jamie Nertney and Ryan Crowe converted another free for a foul on Cassidy. The team and scorers were as follows: Paddy Collum, Paul McGee, Cian Brady, Cian Murphy, Kaelum Gill, JP Farley, Dean Cosgrave, David Collum, Mark Hughes (0-1), Cian Cassidy (0-3), Conor Keenan (0-2), Pauric Gill (0-3), Aiden Gray, Ryan Crowe (0-2, 2f) Jamie Nertney (0-2). Subs used: Kevin Whelan, Liam Lynch. This win means we have qualified for the semi-finals with a game to spare. We play Kenagh in the final round, this Sunday in Killashee. Junior ‘B’ and ‘C’ Championship
Our junior ‘B’ team were beaten by Abbeylara in Monaduff last Wednesday, 2-14 to 1-8. The team and scorers were as follows. Cody Lee, Sean McKenna, Declan Donnelly, James O’Neill, David McKenna, Micheal Kane, Ciaran Cooney, Kevin Whitney, Aaron Crowe, Rokas Stoskus, Eoin Keane (0-1, 1f), Petie Collum (0-4, 3f), Jim Rogers, James McCann (1-3), Padraig O’Neill. Subs used: Tommy McGee, Nathan Maher, Chris Crowe, Eoin Murtagh. The junior ‘C’ team were well beaten by Killoe the following day. The team was: Ryan Francis, Brean Kane, Derek McKeon, Anthony McKeon, Brendan McCann, Aaron Brady, Eoin Curwin, Eoin Mealy, Mikie O’Neill, Tyrone Crowe, Eamon Nertney, Colm Jordan, David Taylor, Ciaran Mulligan, Cathal Curwin. Subs used: Gareth Donnelly and Sean Hourican. In junior ‘B’ we play Rathcline this evening, Wednesday in Monaduff at 8pm and the following day we play Grattans in junior ‘C’ also in Monaduff at 8pm. Lotto
The lotto draw took place in Quinn’s Bar, Drumlish on Monday last, August 28th. The Jackpot was €13,800. Results are currently on the club website and social media and will be published in next week’s notes.

Sympathy
The club extends its’ sympathy to the family and friends of Bernie McDonnell (The Meadows), and Mary Keogh (formerly Drumlish) who both passed away last week. Solas na bhFlaitheas orthu.
Monaduff Park
The club was very excited to learn last week that planning permission was granted for our proposed development at Monaduff Park. A massive thank you to our executive, led by Chairman Mike Mulleady, and Mark Cunningham for all their hard work in making this happen.
Get Well Soon
Everyone at the club wishes former underage player Colin Heaney the very best as he fights illness in America. Our thoughts and prayers are with Colin and his family at this time.
