The Gaelic Field

Longford county board recently launched The Gaelic Field, an excellent book giving a history of the playing pitches of each of the clubs in the county. There are a limited number of books on sale through the club. If you are interested in reserving a copy, please contact PRO Pauric Gill. Books cost €15. Well done and thank you to Eamonn Brennan and Seamus McRory on an excellent publication which is of great interest to all Longford Gaels and shows the value in contacting clubs to publish their history with information which otherwise may be lost. Comhghairdeas libh
