U-21 Championship 

The U-21 ‘B’ championship starts this Sunday as we play Rathcline in Monaduff at 2pm. Best of luck to the squad and the management team of Paddy McKeon, Paddy Collum and Gearoid Nertney  

Lotto 

The lotto draw took place in Cassidy’s Olde Village Inn, Drumlish on Monday last, October 9th. The Jackpot was €14,400. The results were as follows:

There was no winner. The Jackpot is now €14,600! The three €50 winners were:

Dinner Dance 

The club is holding a special dinner dance this year to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the three-in-a-row senior championship winning teams of 1996-1998. It will take place on November 11th in Lough Rynn Castle. There will be a three course meal, live music and a special guest. Tickets cost €30 and it’s a night not to be missed 

Scór 

Hard luck to our Scór Sinsir question time team of Gabriel Higgins, Ciaran Cooney, Pauric Gill and Joseph Gill who were narrowly beaten last Thursday. Well done to Legan. 

Club Meeting 

There is a club meeting tonight, Wednesday, in Monaduff at 9pm. All club members are invited to attend 

Monaduff Marathon  

The Monaduff Marathon for Children’s Health Ireland is back for 2023 on Saturday 28th October in Monaduff Park. Donations can be made using the collection buckets at the pitch on the day, through sponsorship cards or through https://www.justgiving.com/ (Pat’s Monaduff Marathon for Children’s Health Foundation). County Final 

The 25th anniversary of our three in a row team were honoured at half time of the county final on Sunday. We would like to thank the County Board for the invitation to commemorate this remarkable group of players. Congratulations to Killoe, Kenagh and Ballymore on their success at the weekend. We wish them all the best of luck as they represent Longford in the Leinster club championship. Commiserations to Clonguish, Sean Connollys and Killoe juniors.
