Monthly Bonanza Draw

We are delighted to announce that our very popular Monthly Bonanza Draw is back again this year, but with an added bonus! Like last year there will be 12 draws, with prizes of €500, €200, €150, €150 and a Weekend Pass to the Marquee in Drumlish in each of them!

This time, however, you will also be entered into the GAA’s National Club Draw, where you could win a brand-new Dacia Duster, €2,000, or 8 other various All Ireland Final packages which include accomodation in the Croke Park Hotel. This draw takes place on March 15th

The cost of entry is again €100, with an option of 3 for €250. The first Monthly Draw takes place at the end of February (there will be a double draw in December). To be in the National Club Draw, please make sure you enter before January 31st.

Fr. Manning Gaels are currently undergoing ambitious plans to develop the adjacent land to Monaduff which we hope will include an Astroturf playing area, Handball alley, Ball-Wall area, walkway to link with the Rebel Trail and car parking facilities among other upgrades to the current facilities. We want to see Monaduff Park become a hub for our parish and that is why we would really appreciate you support with this fundraising effort. To enter please play on clubspot or contact any member of the Executive.

Longford

Well done to club representatives Paddy Collum and Conor Keenan and the Longford team and management on qualifying for the O’Byrne Cup final this weekend against Louth. Best of luck. We also wish Conor the best of luck in the Sigerson Cup against UCC

Club Membership for the forthcoming year is now available. The cost is €50 for adults and

€40 for students/OAPs. Membership is required for all playing members. Membership entitles you to attend monthly club meetings and if received before March 31st, entitles you to a vote at next year’s AGM and entry into the draw for All Ireland tickets. To pay please contact

Ireland Lights Up

‘Ireland Lights Up’ continues this Tuesday evening in Monaduff from 8pm to 9pm. All welcome

Best Wishes

The club extends its best wishes and safe travels to last year’s captain Emmet Noonan as he leaves for Canada this week. Emmet has been one of the club’s best and most committed players since joining the senior panel and we look forward to seeing him back in the maroon and gold in the near future

Sympathy

The club extends its deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Michael Corrigan, Lettergullion, who passed away last week. We also extend condolences to our Gaelic For Mothers & Others player Antoinette Dolan and the Dolan family, Bawn, on the sad passing of Gary. Solas na bhFlaitheas orthu
