ACFL Division 2 

The next round of the league takes place this Friday evening at 8:15pm in Monaduff against Ardagh Moydow. Best of luck to the team and management 

Schoolboy Final 

The very best of luck to the St. Mary’s NS team and their coach Mike Mulleady who contest the Division 1A championship final this Thursday in Pearse Park at 6pm against Fermoyle. Please come out and support the boys and girls. 

Lotto 

The lotto draw took place in Cassidy’s Olde Village Inn, Drumlish on Monday last, May 8th. The Jackpot was €12,200! The numbers drawn were as follows:

There was no winner. The Jackpot is now €12,400! The three €50 winners were:

Club Mass 

The annual Mass for the deceased members of the Fr. Manning Gaels, St. Vincent’s and St. Helen’s clubs took place in St. Mary’s Church, Drumlish last Sunday. The Mass started with the presentation of the club jerseys and footballs and these were brought up by Mike Mulleady, Derek McKeon, Michelle McNally and Casey and Alannah Brady. The First Reading was read by Donnacha McKeon and an Dara Léacht was read by Leah Donnelly. The Prayers of the Faithful were read by Sean McDermott, Rachel Sheeran, Meghan McQuaide, Padraig Higgins, Chloe Mulleady and Lorcan McGann. Pakie Duffy and Carina Reynolds brought up the gifts. The Eucharistic Minister were Mary Gillooley and Bridie Reilly and the Communion Reflection was read by Pauric Gill. Thank you to all who participated and to Lorraine and Von Corrigan and Betty Creegan for organising it. Thank you to the choir for their wonderful singing and of course thank you to Fr. Hogan for saying the Mass. 

Longford 

Hard luck to Paddy Collum, Conor Keenan and the Longford team and management on their narrow defeat by Limerick in the Tailteann Cup last week. Best of luck this weekend against Wicklow. 

Sympathy 

The club extends its’ deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Seanie Reilly (Clonaugh) who passed away after a tragic accident last week. Solas na bhFlaitheas air.
