Schools’ League
Pride of place this week goes to St. Mary’s NS, Drumlish and their coach Mike Mulleady who won the Division 1 league title last Wednesday beating Newtownforbes 2-3 to 0-6. This is the first time a school from the parish has won the Division 1 title so well done to all involved.
U21 Championship
Our U21 team were beaten by Cashel/Killashee in the second round of the championship last Saturday night in Cashel, 1-11 to 3-9. The team and scorers were as follows: Cody Lee, Paul McGee, Mikie O’Neill, Sean McKenna, Nathan Maher (1-0, pen), Kaelum Gill (0-1), Jim Rogers, Aaron Crowe, Eoin Curwin, Jamie Nertney (0-8, 6f), Eoin Mealy, Orrin Greene. Subs used: Rokus Stoskus (0-2), Gerard McKenna, Christopher Crowe, Sean Hourican, Anthony Bispo. The next round is this Saturday at 4.30pm in Clonbonny against Rathcline. Lotto
The lotto draw took place on Monday last, October 24th in The Mill Bar, Drumlish. The Jackpot was €9,400. Results are currently on the club website and social media and will be published in next week’s notes. Thank you to all who support our lotto. The October Bonanza draw also took place. The club’s AGM will take place on Friday night, November 18th at 8pm in Monaduff
