Senior Championship
We played Killoe in the first round of the senior championship last Saturday in Allen Park. We were competitive in this match for the first 40 minutes and could have been closer had we gotten a penalty in the first half when Pauric Gill was taken down in the square and Conor Keenan’s rasping shot off the crossbar went in, in the second half. However, Killoe raised their game and won convincingly in the end, 3-15 to 0-7. We play Carrickedmond in the second round this Friday evening at 8pm in Kenagh. Best of luck to the team and management
