Well done to Paddy Collum and the Longford team and management on their excellent win over Westmeath at the weekend. Paddy played a pivotal role in the victory with an excellent double save from a penalty in the second half. We wish them the best of luck in the next round of the National League against Antrim this weekend.
The club extends its deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Bridie Norton (nee Larkin) formerly of Aughadowry who passed away in the UK recently. Solas na bhFlaitheas uirthi.
The senior team had another good challenge last Saturday in Monaduff against Aughavas. We thank Aughavas for the sporting game and wish them all the best for the coming year.
