Lotto

The lotto draw was in Quinn’s Bar, Drumlish on Monday last, August 26th. The Jackpot was €17,400. Results are currently on the club website and will be published in next week’s notes. Tickets are available from the usual outlets and from any member of the executive. On lotto duty this weekend are Bridie Reilly and Brendan Corrigan. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our lotto.

The Marquee In Drumlish – Monster Bingo

The 10th Annual Marquee Monster Bingo in conjunction with the Marquee in Drumlish, was held on Sunday August 18th in the ’98 Hall Ballinamuck. This year it was in aid of ‘Meals on Wheels Longford’. The Marquee Bingo Committee would like to thank everyone who sponsored prizes for the raffle, gave donations and bought bingo books. Thanks also to the ‘98 Hall Committee for the use of the hall, FÁS who prepared the hall and having it looking so well on the day, Ballinamuck Bingo Committee for their support and all the other people who helped on the day selling raffle tickets etc, the Longford Leader for promoting the event, not forgetting Johnny Cooney and Tommy McVeigh for co-ordinating the traffic. On behalf of the committee and Fr. Manning Gaels, we thank you most sincerely. The event was a huge success and enjoyed by everyone. The Club appreciates your generosity and continued support to Fr. Manning Gaels.

Win a weekend trip to New York

To celebrate 10 years of the Marquee in Drumlish Festival, we are holding a raffle in Quinn’s Bar on Friday night, August 30th at 9pm where one lucky winner will win a weekend break to New York City (or a travel voucher worth €1,000).
