The Lotto draw was held last Monday, December 16th in the’98 Bar, Ballinamuck. The Jackpot was €19,000. The numbers drawn were as follows:

Annual General Meeting

Our AGM was held last Saturday, December 14th in Monaduff. Secretary Lorraine Corrigan gave a comprehensive report on the events of the previous year and Treasurer Stephen McDermott outlined the Income & Expenditure for 2019 in his report. Chairman Séamus Gallagher then expressed his gratitude to the outgoing committee and all those who supported the club in any way during the year. The officers elected for 2020 were as follows:

Annual Christmas Quiz

Our Christmas Quiz is back again this year and will take place in Cassidy’s Olde Village Inn, on Friday night, December 27th at 9pm. A table of 4 costs €40 and there will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as a raffle with many great spot prizes. This has been a great success over the past number of years and a great night’s entertainment is ensured once again.

 

Dinner Dance

The Dinner Dance takes place on Saturday night, January 18th in Lough Rynn where the victorious Intermediate team will be presented with their championship medals. Tickets are €35 and are available from Betty Creegan. Music on the night by Nite Fever and there will be a special guest for the presentation.

 

National Club Draw

The National Club Draw tickets are back on sale again this year and this great initiative by the GAA has helped contribute vital funds to our club for the past number of years. Individual prizes include: A brand new Renault Clio; a €2,000 travel voucher; All Ireland Hurling & Football packages; various shopping vouchers and many more. Details of each prize available are on each ticket. Tickets cost €10 and can be bought from any member of the Gaels squad. As always, your support is greatly appreciated.
