Lotto – 12-09-2016 – Jackpot €2800 – No Winner

There was no jackpot winner in the club lotto draw on Monday 12th Sept. The numbers drawn were 5, 10, 13 and 29. The following won prizes of  €30.00 each: Seamus Noonan Monaduff, Brian Griffin Clooncumber, Ray Noonan Edgeworthstown, Brian Courtney Cloonmacart and Kevin Cooney Breanrisk. All Ireland Final: Congratulations and well done to Longford ladies football team and management on winning the All Ireland final on Sunday last. It was a brilliant performance given that they were trailing by nine points at one stage in the first half. A special word of congratulations to all from the parish connected with the team: players Orla Noonan, Sinead Hughes, Laura  Burke and Sinead Corrigan selector Dara Gill McGann and team Sponsor Declan Nerney.

Wedding: Congratulations and best wishes to Linda McKeon  and  Shay Furlong, Wexford who were married recently.

Senior Team: Good luck to our senior team who play Ballymore in the final of the Patsy Reilly cup on Saturday evening next 10th September at 7.00pm. Your support would be much appreciated.

Church Gate Collection: The annual church gate collection will take place at both churchs in the parish on the weekend of the 16th. And 17th. of September. Please support thank you.

Hurling Tickets: Well done to Kevin Davis and Noel Mimnagh on winning the hurling tickets in the club members draw. Hope you enjoyed the game lads.

Longford Ladies: Well done to the Longford Ladies junior team who defeated Derry in the championship semi final on Sunday last. The now meet Antrim in the final (check fixtures)

Senior: Our senior team beat Ardagh/Moydow in the Patsy Reilly cup on a scoreline of 0-12 to 0 -6 last weekend. We now play Ballymore in the final so check fixtures for details and we look forward to your support.

Marquee Festival: The club wishes to thank all involved in making the festival another massive success. Thanks to the organising committee, the entertainers, the countless number of stewards, bar staff and cleaners  who turn out each night, the local media for their excellent coverage of the event, the various local business people, sponsors and organisations and above all the people from all parts of the country and abroad who continue to support the festival each year and help to make it the wonderful occasion that it is. Well done to all.

St. Vincent’s: Our Fun Day takes place Saturday 3rd. September  in Monaduff  from 12pm to 4pm. We guarantee lots of football and fun. We will have blitz’s for u-8’s and u-10’s and the annual parish league for u-12’s and u-14’s. We will also have bouncing castles, face painting, Mr &  Mrs Marquee and lots more activities. Come along and enjoy the fun.

Meetings. The club is holding an executive meeting on Thursday night 1st. Sept. at 8.30 followed by a club meeting at 9.30.
